By engaging Printura Creative Resources for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all clients, projects, and services provided by Printura Creative Resources, based in Texas.
Project scope and details are agreed upon verbally or by phone and confirmed in writing via follow-up communication. By submitting your onboarding form and making a deposit payment, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms.
Printura Creative Resources provides web design services, including but not limited to:
All work is custom and tailored to each client. We do not use pre-built templates.
Websites are built using a variety of platforms and tools depending on the project, including but not limited to website builders such as Landingsite.
Project timelines and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timelines may be affected by client responsiveness, content delivery, and other factors outside of our control.
Basic on-page SEO setup is included as part of our web design service, covering foundational elements such as page titles, meta descriptions, and image optimization. Ongoing SEO management, search engine rankings, and organic traffic results are not guaranteed and are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
All projects require a 50% deposit before any work begins.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before the website goes live.
Ongoing maintenance services are billed on a fixed monthly basis via a recurring Stripe subscription.
The monthly fee is agreed upon before the maintenance plan begins. Failure to pay the monthly fee will result in the website being taken offline until payment is received.
The monthly maintenance plan is ongoing with no fixed end date and continues until the client chooses to cancel or change their website. Cancellation terms, including any required notice period or fees, are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated at the time of cancellation request.
We accept payment via Stripe (primary) through a recurring subscription or invoice link, and Zelle for one-time payments.
If final payment is not received within 7 days of project completion, the website will not be launched until payment is made in full.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
No refunds will be issued after work has started, regardless of the stage of the project.
If a client wishes to cancel before work begins, the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Printura Creative Resources.
Revisions and changes to your website are included as part of your active monthly maintenance plan.
Clients on a monthly plan may request changes at any time.
Revision requests are not included in one-time project fees unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
If a client requests work that falls outside the original project scope, Printura Creative Resources reserves the right to assess whether additional charges apply.
Any out-of-scope work and associated costs will be communicated to the client before proceeding. Additional charges are determined on a case-by-case basis.
If the client provides their own domain, full ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client upon receipt of final payment.
If Printura Creative Resources registers a domain on behalf of the client, it will be purchased through a third-party domain registrar (such as GoDaddy or Namecheap) and may be kept under our account or transferred to the client.
Domain transfer terms will be agreed upon in writing at the time of registration.
Websites are hosted through third-party hosting providers or the website builder platform used for the project.
Hosting is coordinated and managed by Printura Creative Resources as part of the monthly maintenance fee.
If the client cancels their monthly plan, the website will be taken offline. The client does not retain access to hosting upon cancellation.
Client access to the backend or administrative area of their website is determined on a per-project basis and agreed upon between Printura Creative Resources and the client prior to or upon project completion.
Printura Creative Resources reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
If a client becomes unresponsive for 7 or more consecutive days during an active project, Printura Creative Resources reserves the right to pause the project.
The project will resume once the client responds.
If unresponsiveness continues for 30 days, the project may be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Printura Creative Resources does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to website traffic, lead generation, sales, or search engine rankings.
We will make every effort to design and build an effective website, but results depend on many factors outside of our control.
The client agrees to:
Printura Creative Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any website or service we provide.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
Printura Creative Resources reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
